
The graphic above shows the evolution of “mattering” that a mentee can experience through The Arthur Project. There are three phases of mentee evolution:
- Phase 1: Through trust, attunement, and reciprocity, the mentee begins to realize that “I (the mentee) matter to you (the mentor)”.
- Phase 2: The mentee begins to internalize the sense of mattering and feelings of self-worth.
- Phase 3: The mentee begins to experience their own power, understanding that their choices and actions have an impact on the world.
