Stand Together Foundation
Our mission at Stand Together Foundation is to break the cycle of poverty in America. We identify, vet, and partner with nonprofits that share our vision that all people can contribute and succeed. We find organizations and leaders –we call them social entrepreneurs – who can transform how our country thinks about, talks about, and tackles problems of poverty. The first step in partnership we make in an organization is through our Catalyst Program, a six-month, cohort- based leadership management training course.
